While I was at Hilbert College before transferring to SUNY Fredonia, I had the opportunity to work with Ten Lives Club, a cat adoption shelter in Hamburg New York. My role consisted of helping with the filming as well as editing in premier pro and helping create the name tag graphics used in the video. I worked with my Digital Media and Communications class, and we decided we wanted to focus on telling the adoption story from start to finish. The video starts by showing the animal transport to seeing an adoption take place. The aim of the video is to promote adoption services, but also to encourage donations and volunteers.
